Intermittent faults defeat parts-changers because the fault is absent when they test. The professional response is to reproduce the conditions or record data until it happens: heat, cold, vibration, bumps, load, moisture and time are the classic triggers.
Use the freeze frame and the fault history to choose the trigger, then create it deliberately. Wiggle-test harnesses while watching live data or a scope, warm or cool components where the complaint suggests it, and record so the evidence survives the moment.
